Stratfield supervises Peter Overbeek, director and shareholder of label printing office Eshuis, on the acquisition and financing of the family’s shares. This ensures the continuity of the more than 125 year old family business for the coming years.
The advisory work involved guidance in the negotiations on the purchase of shares, raising bank financing and equity with the aim of creating a solid basis for further growth. The ING Bank and investment company Wadinko were prepared to shape the future for Eshuis together with Peter Overbeek.
Eshuis is a technical and innovative company with clients such as Coca-Cola, Abbott, HG, Johma, and Akzo. Eshuis prints and designs, among other things, self-adhesive labels, flexible packaging, foil sachets, shrink sleeves and cheese labels. For Coca-Cola, Eshuis developed and created, for example, the famous personalized labels and the so-called bow-labels. By thinking about the supply chain together with its customers, Eshuis helps to optimize its customers’ inventory management.
