This privacy policy describes how Stratfield deals with your personal data. Personal data is processed by Stratfield and we consider careful handling of personal data to be of great importance. Personal data is therefore carefully processed and secured by us. In our processing we adhere to the requirements set by the AVG. Stratfield is responsible for data processing and in this privacy policy we explain which personal data we collect and use and for what purpose.

Who and what is Stratfield?

Purposes of processing personal data

RELATIONS

By using various forms on the website or information in e-mails you leave certain data with Stratfield. This may be personal data, such as your name and e-mail address. We only store and use the personal data that is provided directly by you or for which it is clear that it is provided to us for processing. If you fill in a form, or send us an e-mail or letter, the data you send us will be retained as long as the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail or letter is required for the complete answer and handling thereof.

This data is processed to maintain the relationship with you and to carry out assignments, or to inform you about a service or product that may be of interest to you. We record, among other things, your name and address data and call reports of visits, data about your participation in our activities and the data required for invoicing our services. We also keep information about the interest in the services of Stratfield. We do this for effective and efficient business operations. The data is stored in our CRM system.

What information do we request?

RELATIONS

We only ask our relations for information that we need for the purpose that we intend for it. That is why we do not store any special personal details of relations, but only name and address (including e-mail address) of the organization and the contact persons. We complement this information with our information about you that we gain during conversations or by searching for and possibly placing professionals.

Obligation to provide data

There is no obligation to provide data, but then it is also not possible to use our services. After all, the aforementioned data are at the very least necessary to make contact or to maintain and to provide information about our services and events.

Recipients of data

Personal data will never be provided outside of Stratfield without contacting the provider of the data. Data is, upon agreement, only provided to third parties with your knowledge. Relationship information is not shared outside of Stratfield.

Retention period

In principle, we store data in our database one year after being entered. Candidates are informed of the data stored with us by means of our periodic emails. Via these periodic emails you can indicate whether you want to be removed from our database.

The statutory retention period of seven years applies to all information about assignments and organized events.

Rights

For candidates and relations, data can be deleted or viewed at any time. For this, contact the Data Protection Officer. Naturally, Stratfield conforms to all rights that registered persons can derive from the law.

Security level

Stratfield protects stored personal data and maintains its accuracy. To this end, Stratfield reasonably implements physical, administrative and technical security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, unauthorized use and unauthorized disclosure. Stratfield only works with reputable suppliers such as Microsoft and Yuki.

However, users of the services of Stratfield are advised that it is impossible to completely exclude any unauthorized use and accidental loss of data. Stratfield accepts no liability if, despite the measures taken, any data entered is still compromised, lost or used by unauthorized persons, unless there is intent or wilful recklessness on the part of Stratfield.

Consent to use of data

We assume that you were entitled to inform us of personal data (such as but not limited to CVs, name and address data and email addresses) that we received from you via the website, via e-mails or otherwise, and that you give us permission to provide this data for the purposes set out above.

Stratfield reserves the right to shorten supplied texts, to remove them or to provide the importer with further instructions for adjustments thereof. Stratfield will not use the data received for any purpose other than the above.

Changes to our privacy policy

Stratfield may make changes, additions or changes to its Privacy Policy from time to time for a variety of reasons. The most current Privacy Policy can be viewed at all times on the Stratfield website.
